Hotel staff was very welcoming and it was clean. Good for a 1 night stay. Staff also were very nice to have kept our bag which we had forgotten in our room at the front desk for us to go back to recuperate it.

Pool was fantasticfor the kids. Along with location, 20 minute journey by metro to duomo. Couldn't have been easier. Friendly, helpful staff. Would recommend and definitely stay again if returning.

Excellent hotel with fantastic breakfast 5 minutes walk from the metro .The staff was very polite and professional .It was our best stay abroad due to the staff and the facilities of the hotel . ( every day they give us 2 bottles of water in the mini bar for free ). Greetings to Ahmed the receptionist that answer all our questions and the other receptionists that was very helpful . Keep up all the good work you are doing in this hotel !The facilities need good people to work them and you have it both .Arivederci !!

You know what your getting with novotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is always good with plenty of selection. My children loved the pool and this was a great location for us as we had hired a car and just wanted to explore different areas including Venice and Lake Como. There was a secure underground carpark but this was 18 euros per night. Luckily we managed to get a space in the free outside carpark for the 6 days we were there.

Perfect location. Away from the crowd, near a metro station and quiet. The hotel is a bit old, but the personnel is compensating perfectly. If we return, surelly we'll come here. The breakfast was quite varied even if it was the same every day. The coffee was excellent! The room was a bit crowded, but we spent most of the time in the city so... was ok. Bed and couch was fine, we slept well. They have a big parking lot... for who's interested. From Orio to hotel we made 90min, day or night. I was worried about public transport... but here is not the case. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Great location near the Ca' Granda metro stop (Line 5). Also located right by a tram stop on the no.5 tram to Stazione Milano Centrale. The room was a good size and we very much enjoyed using the Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. The scent of the shampoo was gorgeous. A little bit of added luxury on our trip. There was a great selection at breakfast we really enjoyed the pancakes and croissants. We would definitely stay again. I went on a lovely run whilst here up to Parco Nord, it was very pretty up there this time of year with the leaves falling. I would recommend this route from the hotel if you are a runner.

The rooms are nice and clean, a little small (there might be bigger rooms). The parking garage was confortable and safe. The staff was very nice and helpful, helped us with recommendations about the main sites to see in the city and how to get there. They even han an "old style" paper map with all the sites marked, which I like very much and found useful.

It was a very comfortable stay. The location is good. Subway station is within walking distance, and easy to get to the city center. There are tasty and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. A lifeguard presents at the pool, and is taking care of security and manners. It was also nice that there was air conditioning and a refrigerator in the room.

Fresh fruit was excellent, coffee nice and the varieties of cakes and bred, croissants wonderful. The scrambled eggs were not that tasty and I would have loved more vegetarian options.
